2. Products and Services
SharkPixel offers the following types of digital products and educational content:
- Online training courses for Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom
- Photography training courses and educational materials
- Downloadable digital assets, presets, templates, brushes, and other digital tools ("Downloadable Products")
All products are provided for personal and/or commercial use as specified in the individual product listing. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share any products purchased from SharkPixel without our prior written consent.
3. Purchases and Payment
All purchases on SharkPixel are one-time transactions unless otherwise specified. We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and others)
- PayPal
- Stripe-processed payments
- Kajabi Payments including access to Buy Now Pay Later options.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete payment information. SharkPixel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Training Courses and Non-Downloadable Products
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on training courses and other eligible products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date by emailing our support team at support@sharkpixel.com. Please include your order number and reason for the refund request. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
4.2 Downloadable Products — No Refunds
Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of downloadable products (including but not limited to presets, brushes, templates, and other digital asset files), all sales of Downloadable Products are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. Once a downloadable product has been delivered and accessed, we are unable to issue a refund. By completing your purchase of a Downloadable Product, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to a refund for that item.
If you experience a technical issue with a downloadable product (e.g., a corrupted file or failed delivery), please contact us at support@sharkpixel.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
5. Digital License and Intellectual Property
Upon purchase, SharkPixel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased product for your personal or commercial use (as specified in the product listing). All content, training materials, course videos, assets, and downloadable files are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of SharkPixel or its licensors.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute any course content or downloadable product to third parties
- Share login credentials or course access with others
- Upload, resell, or publicly display SharkPixel products or materials
- Use SharkPixel content to create competing products or training materials
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to use SharkPixel products and services lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our website, services, or other users.
7. Third-Party Software
SharkPixel's training courses and downloadable products are designed for use with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom. These are third-party software products owned by Adobe Inc. SharkPixel is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Adobe Inc. Users are responsible for obtaining valid licenses for any third-party software required to use our products.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
SharkPixel products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SharkPixel and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our products or services. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
10. Privacy
Your use of SharkPixel is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
11. Governing Law
